I have been president of The MMU Fashion Society for the last 2 years, and was solely responsible for its rebrand from a purely socials-based club to a fully developed society offering workshops, talks, industry insights, charity fundraisers and regular events for 200+ members. We have been featured on Dazed digital and have had hundreds (including non students) come to our events over the last 2 years, selling out every party and building a community for young creatives in Manchester whilst also creating safe space for our many queer members.
